Battlefield Multiplayer Vs Black Ops 2 Multiplayer

Shout out to @petermc1999 for putting this question to us on twitter. We were both that interested in comparing the two that this is officially our first Vs blog!

Graphics
I will start by saying how graphically gorgeous this game is compared to any FPS game I have ever played before. Although Black Ops 2 graphics are good in my opinion, the sheer clarity that Battlefield shows makes this a no brainer for me.
Winner: Battlefield
Gameplay
The controls for both games are very similar, and won’t be too hard to pick up  for a novice. However, in game play is a whole new ball game altogether. Positives for Battlefield are the sheer size of the maps that they offer, with plenty of cover available, you are forced to tactically choose were you want to go in case of a pesky sniper, hovering at the edge of the map waiting to take you out. Additionally, the fact you can use tanks, cars, quad bikes, helicopters and even planes makes your choices of how you want to play the game huge!
Black Ops 2 is a lot different, and offers gamers a different experience altogether. BO2 is what I call a close quarters game, small maps with plenty of cover and very linear compared to Battlefield. BO2 is very much, an all action, run and gun type of game with score streaks included to give players an advantage for both themselves and their team.
Winner: Battlefield
Customisation
This is really easy for me, although in Battlefield you have the ability to create your own class once you unlock a certain rank, BO2 wins this hands down. The ability to create emblems for your weapon and killcams, colours to paint your gun, and the sheer amount of attachments you can unlock for each weapon makes this a no brainer for me.
Winner: Black Ops 2
Game Modes
Another easy one for me, although Battlefield have some very good game modes, the sheer amount that BO2 has to offer gives players different ways they can experience playing against other gamers and friends alike. Additionally, the introduction of a much improved Zombie mode makes this, again, straightforward.
Winner: Black Ops 2
Action:
As mentioned previously, Battlefield is a very tactical type of game and action at times can seem very few and far between. However, the nature of the map sizes and the confined feeling you get, make running and gunning fun, and will certainly get the blood pumping when you starting chaining together your score streak.
Summary
Although this will never settle an argument often had between fans of Battlefield and BO2 alike, they both are in their own right the two best FPS games on the market today. If you like tactical gaming, Battlefield it is for you, but personally I like just shooting people in the face (in the digital word!)
Winner: Call Of Duty Black Ops 2
